Zodiac Maritime Ltd. 创立于1976年，隶属于以色列首富Ofer家族。公司总部位于英国伦敦，是一家国际性船舶管理公司，在上海、东京、孟买等地都设有代表处。Zodiac目前拥有总共131艘不同型号和功能的船只，船队中包括集装箱船、散货船、PCTC、LPG、化学品船、油轮和2艘LPG船等，员工数超过5000人。Zodiac的第一代创始人Sammy Ofer于2015年去世，他的1个侄子和2个孙子继承了Zodiac公司。并将Zodiac分成了东太平洋公司和Zodiac船运公司两个不同的公司运营。

Zodiac Maritime目前船队规模为134艘，包括33艘散货船、39艘集装箱船、42艘油船、5艘LPG船以及15艘汽车运输船。（2018）
