Zhoushan Xinya Shipyard Co., Ltd was founded in August, 2002, one of the leading ship repair and conversion shipyard in China. Covering an area over 900,000m2, Xinya owns three production bases with ten outfitting berths and four dry docks. The coastline is stretching around 3600m.The overall investment is over RMB3.2billion. At present, Xinya owns over 1300 staff and more than 3000 subcontractor workers. 
 

Building a repair mode focusing on quality and technology, Xinya keeps enhancing technical strength in high-tech and high value-added maintenance, has already brought in ABB, Alfa Laval, Dalian Wanfang (KAWASAKI), MAN and other professional manufacturers to set up in-plant service stations and branches. Xinya has also been accredited to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
